New Patients at Genesis Chiropractic

Genesis Chiropractic is a professional, bright space staffed by a warm, helpful and knowledgeable staff. When you arrive, you’ll check in at the front desk. We’ll answer any questions you have and give you the forms to fill out. You can help yourself to coffee or water, then sit in our comfortable reception to complete your paperwork.

Your First Visit

After you’re done with your forms, you’ll meet the chiropractor to discuss chiropractic and your concerns. Your health history will be discussed, as well as the stresses in your lifestyle that may be impacting your health. A spinal examination and posture analysis will be performed. If you need X-rays, we’ll send you to another place within the same building to have them taken. In total, this visit takes 30-40 minutes.

Your Second Visit

At your next appointment, Dr Austin will give you a full report of his findings from your first visit. This report includes the following:

• An outline of your problem
• A review of what a healthy spine looks like, compared to your X-rays (if taken)
• We’ll discuss where your spinal health could be improved, explaining how it might be causing your symptoms and what happens over time if left uncorrected.
• We will give you a gentle adjustment, explaining what we’re doing before starting.
• We’ll detail what you can expect from this point on and the solution based on your history and examination findings. You’ll get our best recommendations for moving forward and have all your questions answered. All financials and payment options will be reviewed with you.
